Shipping & Returns

If everything you order is in stock, your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally items are out of stock and are not readily available from our suppliers. When this happens we will contact you immediately to discuss other arrangements.

If you would like your order expedited please let us know using the "Comments" field during checkout. We also would suggest opting for Express shipping.

In order to ensure the safe arrival of all orders, bottles will be removed from their original boxes and shipped securely in styrofoam shippers. If you would like to receive the original box please state so in the Comments field during checkout.

All orders will be shipped via either UPS or Federal Express depending on the state. If you opt for Express service, please note that carriers only count BUSINESS DAYS when calculating the time for delivery. If an order ships via 3-Day Express on a Wednesday, delivery is not guaranteed until Monday (Thursday, Friday and Monday are the three days). We can not ship to PO Boxes. All deliveries of alcohol will require an adult signature. If the package is returned to us due to lack of adult signature, shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you want the package re-shipped additional charges will apply.

Please note, due to state laws we are currently unable to ship alcohol to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Deleware, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota and Utah. We can ship non-alcoholic items such as glassware to these states.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur extra shipping charges which will not appear during checkout. We will contact you to discuss rates after your order is placed.

 

RETURN POLICY

ForTequilaLovers.com is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you experience any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If you find any errors with the product(s) you receive, or receive damaged goods, please call us immediately at (845) 704-2446 or contact via email at orders@ForTequilaLovers.com. We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will send out a replacement package to you. If this item is no longer available, we will either credit your account or contact you to arrange for a replacement product. Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date. All product returns (unless due to our error) are subject to a 10% cancellation/restocking fee.
